Scotscores and Muriel Johnstone are synonymous. The company grew out of no more than an idea of Bill Zobel's that Muriel should publish some of her tunes. That was in 1984. Some tunes were indeed published in "A Score & More" - 23 tunes for Scottish Country Dancing. You can see where the name of the company came from!

From there, it just grew.

Scotscores is the name. Great Scottish music the claim.
